Preparing the Presentation Files

 Authors of the accepted papers must prepare and submit both the .flv and .ppt files of their presentation while submitting the camera ready version of their article. Presentation files should be prepared in Persian for Persian papers and in English for English papers for 20 minutes (15 min presentation + 5 min Q&A).

Presenting the Article

During the conference venue, at the time slot allocated to each paper, the .flv file submitted for that paper will be broadcast. Authors, however, must be online during the session to answer to potential questions at the end of their presentation.
